KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Main point of contact for the Czech office
Entering bookings onto systems and processing claims
Preparation of policy documentation
Developing awareness of business and products
Maintaining spreadsheets and completing templates and forms accurately
The ideal candidate will be customer focussed with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. A real team player you will be flexible and thrive in a challenging, busy and fun working environment.
To be considered for this role you must be IT literate with good working knowledge of company inhouse systems, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Proven experience in an administrative role is essential and experience in insurance or financial services is highly desirable.
