Our client is recruiting for Native German speakers to work in a nice, busy and dynamic environment.
As a German Telemarketer you will need to:
-Calling up German clients and liasing with them in German
-Being able to make outbound calling, B2B(60-70 calls per day)
-Identify Decision Makers
-Identify opportunities
-Spend at least 1.5 hours talking on the phone on a daily basis
-Generate Leads on daily targets(2 leads per day)
-Making reports in English, based on information gathered from clients
-Liase with the Account Managers in Germany in order to be reviewed, on a weekly and monthly basis
Candidate profile:
-Native German speaker
-Good level of English, spoken and written
-Being able to make outbound calling(60-70 calls per day)
-Being proactive over the phone
-Good at liasing with clients over the phone on a Business level
-Able to gather good quality information in order to obtain good quality leads
-Able to work on own initiative
-Good knowledge of IT or the relevant interest
-Able to use all Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Power Point
-Able to hit daily targets of 2 leads
-Althoug full training will be provided, experienced in Market Research or Telemarketing is desirable and ideally coming from IT industry
