My client is the UK's leader in manufacturing bath screens and shower accessories. Currently looking for a Multilingual Sales Co-ordinator with fluent French + another European language would be a plus.
Based near Birmingham and Worverhampton (Very easy access from M6 and public trasport), the ideal candidate will be working within the Export team.

Reporting directly to the Sales Director your main responsibilities will be:

- Proactively manage existing customers: develop existing customers, introduce new products and promote marketing initiatives.
- Answering all incoming customer care and sales enquiries for export
- Order processing for spare parts requests via fax, letter, and email.
- Customer purchase order processing for stock items, including faxing back an order confirmation to customer
- Issuing quotations.
- Assisting customers with their enquiries regarding installation, spare parts, technical information, outstanding orders and stock enquiries
- Scheduling export shipments and booking transport
- Arranging necessary documentation for export orders, including commercial invoices for customs, declarations, EUR1 forms, Letters of Credit, Bills of Exchange, Bills of Lading etc
- Reporting of export sales figures as necessary (orders received and invoiced, budget comparisons, margin analysis)
- Using time to analyse export market as and when required
- Must be prepared to go on short business trips to Europe - occasionally (visiting customers, attending exhibitions, etc.)
- Ongoing development of existing skills and new job related skills.

Candidate Profile:

Fluent English and good level in French, with Portuguese also desirable, or other European languages is a plus.
Good IT skills - Word, Excel, Outlook.
Pleasant telephone manner
Good customer service & commercial development skills
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, proactive & outgoing
Good organisation skills & attention to details
Export / Customer Services or Sales experience desirable, but not essential.
