Swiss German speaking Recruitment Research Consultants
As a Swiss German speaking Recruitment Research Consultant, you will be nurtured to become a highly skilled and qualified research professional. You will develop your sales and communication skills on the German and especially Swiss-German market, commercial acumen and business credibility as our client identifies your strength as a Recruitment Research Consultant and fast track your career. Your achievements will be reflected in the attractive remuneration package.
The training for the Recruitment Research Consultant on the German / Swiss-German market will include i.e.: developing local market knowledge in the industry to an expert level using your German language skills, researching new territories using in-house research methods, identifying and targeting leads by telephone and email to qualify them and initiate potential business relationships as well as screening and qualifying candidates against suitable opportunities.


Profile
.Fluency in German to mother tongue standard
.Confident, self-motivated, determined and ambitious personality
.Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a variety of customers
.Well educated, preferably to degree standard or professional equivalent
.Enthusiasm and ambition to succeed in a pressurised and competitive yet extremely high integrity based environment
