The Role:
The Customer Service Support team consists of 18 employees offering customer service and technical support. The aim is to deliver high quality support to the customers who use or would like to use the software applications.
You will be responsible for providing timely and accurate information and support to customers and partners.
Recognize technical problems and provide accurate and timely solutions to the customer by telephone or via email. You will be asked to accurately logging and detailing incidents in the support database and if time allows you can do some research and testing of software problems.
As you are the main point of contact for the customers it is important to report any design or reliability issues to other departments in order to improve the product line. You will work closely with other departments in order to be able to deliver excellent customer support.


The Person

Most importantly you should be someone who enjoys helping customer and are eager to deliver good service. You should have good communication skills in English and in Dutch only or Dutch and French or French and Italian. As well you should have good PC skills but you don't need an IT background.
