Corinium Language Associates is a company that provides language services to other businesses, specialising in multilingual recruitment. We work with clients from a wide range of industries located throughout the country.

Our client, an international manufacturing company, has its European production plant and European Customer Support centre in Worcester. The company's customers include diverse industries such as marine, automotive, industrial machinery, medical equipment, telecommunications and computers. They are currently recruiting a Customer Services Representative with fluency in Spanish.

This challenging role involves responding to customer requests, processing orders and quotations, sending out samples and literature, developing relationships with customers and internal departments, proactively increasing and developing business opportunities, providing technical assistance, and providing support to the sales force, marketing and management teams. There may be some international travel to trade shows and to customers sites.

You must have excellent customer service skills, and native level written and spoken English and fluent Spanish. A degree, or equivalent, in business, marketing or languages would be an advantage.

Term: Contract for 12 months (with an August start date)
