International Customer Services Executives – French, German, Polish, Greek
Job Location: London
Salary/Additional Information: £17,000 – £20,000 according to experience

Role:
As part of a team of highly motivated customer relationship management specialists, the role of Customer Services Executive will encompass all aspects of providing high level customer care to clients. On a daily basis, you will liaise with customers regarding queries regarding the site or their accounts. In addition, you will be required to assist with editorial input to the site.
There are currently four roles available so according to your target territory, you will be expected to field calls and edit in either French, German, Polish or Greek so fluency in one of these together with fluency in English is required. An interest in sports is highly desirable and will assist with career development within the company.
Profile:
Fluency in either French, German, Polish or Greek and English
Previous customer service experience acquired in an office environment.
Good editorial skills and eye for detail
Good business degree or professional equivalent
Strong customer focus and team orientation
Interest in sports and new technologies ideal
Online gaming knowledge ideal
