A leading company in the Wath Upon Dearne area are seeking Welsh speakers to join a new and exciting team. The position involves dealing with members of the public, handling sensitive data and providing information where to seek support and further guidance on family issues.
To be successful in being short listed for this role you will be able to demonstrate the following areas of experience and skills:
• Able to speak and write fluent Welsh
• A proven background in a call centre background that has involved dealing with a high influx of calls
• Previous experience of handling complex and emotional situations
• Able to handle difficult calls, empathising with customers but remaining positive and professional
• Able to demonstrate a strong work history that demonstrates commitment and loyalty
