Based in the centre of Watford, Hertfordshire.
You will be working for a dynamic international company within a multilingual team processing orders from start to finish, dealing with customer queries and liaising with sales, marketing and technical support departments.
To do this you will need to be fluent in Italian and English, have at least 12 months office based customer service experience ideally within a technical environment, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, motivated approach to your work. An interest in IT an advantage!
