Title: Japanese speaking Senior Supervisor
Location: West London
Salary: £24k - 27k

Major Japanese tour operator are looking for a Japanese speaking Senior Supervisor in their Tour Operation and Coordination department.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee operational activities and supervise work output to ensure overall quality of services is maintained
- Deal effectively with tour operations and problems arising on tours including personal visits to clients as necessary, to ensure customer satisfaction
- Help Senior Supervisor and Assistant Manager with section administration to ensure smooth running of the section
- Liaise with suppliers, sub-operators, other company offices and internal departments, to ensure quality standards and consistency are maintained
- Previous experience of co-ordinating complex or technical tours to ensure their success
- Checking invoices from Japan, monitoring rates and issuing second invoices, to see that suppliers' rates are competitive and company profits are maximised
- Deal with problems or enquiries from staff, suppliers and customers regarding tour operations and as far as possible see that appropriate answers or solutions are found, to ensure smooth running of tours and customer satisfaction

Personnel Specification:
- Previous inbound operations supervise experience, for the Japanese market
- Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure to deadlines - fluency in Japanese and English is essential
- Computer literacy
- Supervisory experience
