Customer Service with German or Dutch

Salary c. £17,000 depending on experience + excellent benefits of a large global organisation

THE ROLE

You will be taking inbound calls to customers and using your PC to update the call management system with notes. A typical call may be a consumer who feels that the quality of a product was not up to a standard or perhaps did not meet their expectations. You may also take calls regarding product marketing promotions.

You will be required to handle consumer contacts effectively and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* To access the relative importance of all consumer contacts and to handle each contact
professionally
* To interpret and record consumer contacts accurately and consistently
* To resolve and close out contacts quickly and effectively
* To keep up to date with company developments and to recognise their impact on the role
* To notify departmental personnel of unusual or unique consumer communications

REQUIREMENTS

* Experience in a customer/consumer contact role is desirable
* Experience in a telephone based role is desirable
* Basic IT skills
* Fluency in German or Dutch
