Job Description
Core role:
A UK based internal sales role, focussing on high call volume
and quality lead generation to mid market and corporate
customers for Client Software products and solutions.
Based in the UK office focussing on partners and customers in
the Northern Europe (Nordics, Benelux) and South Africa.
In conjunction with the Regional Manager build and maintain a
long term viable partner community within the region.
Achieve revenue targets; identifying and managing
opportunities, working very closely with the regional manager
based in the territory and ensuring he has qualified sales leads.
Key tasks:
Making in excess of 80 calls per day to customer prospects
achieve a 15% contact ratio.
Through telephone cold calling identify and develop new
opportunities for Client.
Follow up of inbound leads through software downloads, and
partner registered leads, qualify and establish demand and
timescales.
Manage leads independently; when and where appropriate
pass to the field based regional manager to follow up.
Develop at least 10 qualified leads per week.
Working in conjunction with the regional manager make
appointments for customer facing visits. These will be a key
metric on a weekly basis.
Skills:
Language skills preferred and an understanding of the regional
markets
Proven track record in IT telesales related role
Experience of working with a channel partner community
IT literate with an understanding of customers IT issues
Highly proactive and motivated to succeed
A team player
Customer services and sales experience
Able to work under pressure
Excellent telephone manner
Excellent literacy skills
Able to manage own time effectively
Accuracy and attention to detail
Good computer and keyboard skills
Good software use skills with Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong negotiation skills
OTE £35,000
