Job Role:
We are currently looking for multi lingual Customer Service Advisor’s for the General Support Team.
The main purpose of each Customer Service Advisor is to provide excellent Customer Service and support via phone, e-mail and online interactive support.
The role involves being the initial point of contact for customers, responding to and resolving customer enquiries and complaints and performing transactions and customer care activities.
The team also handles warranty requests and replacements on behalf of our client's customers. This is a varied and challenging role and a great opportunity to use your languages in an exciting and multilingual environment.
Fluency in English and two of the following is required: French, Turkish, Spanish, Italian, German, Arabic
The successful Customer Service Advisor must have strong communication skills, the ability to listen attentively and hear important information and the ability to capture data accurately as well as effectively multi task.
You will be keen to learn and progress and always look to improve and better your performance.
