Our client is a major player in the Outsourced Contact Centre market, working with many global brand names they provide Outsourced Customer Service, Telemarketing and Telesales executives for short term and long term campaigns.

Due to major growth, our client is now looking for an experienced Trainer that will be self sufficient, writing all training programme, running induction programmes for trainees and management training for the team leaders.

You will be required to run group training sessions as well as one to one coaching.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a training background in either Sales, Retail or Hospitality.
