German Customer Service Representatives

Our Client, IBM demands very high standards. You should be a good team player with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. What we require from you:

•Experience of outbound calling or a desire to become involved in lead generation, telemarketing and preliminary sales activities.
•The ability to self motivate, prioritise own workload , work to lead generation targets and understand the urgency and importance of reporting progress against targets and following through on opportunities.
•The candidate should be prepared to deal with varying levels of both IBM and client organisation.
•Experience of Siebel and Excel preferred


To be considered for this role you will have excellent customer service experience and be fluent in English and German
