Job Description

Inside Sales Account Executive

Profile:

ASG is a rapidly growing international software company. ASG counts 1200+ employees and is privately held. We offer competitive salary, over 5 weeks of software and sales training and excellent career opportunities. ASG is actively growing the sales team in EMEA and looking for sales people with languages.


Responsibilities:

• Responsible for telephone-based selling of ASG software solutions within an assigned Territory.
• Working in tandem with ASG field sales to meet and ideally exceed sales quota.
• Follow-up and qualify leads from trade shows, marketing campaigns, online and inbound phone inquiries.
• Maintain necessary prospect/customer information and forecast details in ASG’s CRM system.
• Meet or exceed the measurable goals in a telephone sales environment.
• Make efficient use of pre-sales support and marketing resources.
• Attend and successfully complete all training provided by ASG.
• Achieve sales quota in assigned territory by:

- Building a solid prospect pipeline;
- Account mapping and opportunity identification;
- Efficiently qualifying prospects and following a disciplined solution selling approach;
- Establishing accurate sales forecasts.


Requirements:

• 1-2 years of telesales/inside sales experience.
• Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Well spoken with exceptional telephone and written communication skills.
• High interest in information technology and the drive to learn new products and solutions.
• Must possess strong prospecting and closing skills.
• Self driven, motivated and results oriented.
• Knowledge of business organization structure, buying influences and purchasing processes.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• An interest in a long term, lucrative sales career.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
