The Role
You will provide client support and managing client’s expectations. Primary duties include maintaining positive relationships; support a wide range of products and services for both internal and external clients. You will be asked to develop, maintain and demonstrate in-depth understanding of customers current and potential business needs, to ensure they obtain maximum value from products and services taken. Respond in a highly professional manner to all customer queries and problems, liaising with relevant areas of the business. Ensure regular communication with business to ensure awareness of client issues and that they are appropriately informed of any delivery delays or errors. Take personal responsibility for ensuring that all procedures are in place and working correctly. Develop knowledge of new products/applications from the training provided to be able to provide an in-depth understanding of the service offerings, with the ability to produce ad-hoc studies on demand.
The Person
You must have a very high level of spoken and written Spanish with proven track of having supported Spanish customers. You should have undergraduate degree or equivalent plus minimum of 1-3 years related work experience and experience in a Customer Service role is essential. Proficiency in PC applications such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PP, Outlook), ability to communicate effectively with various levels in the organisation and being a good problem solver. You should have the ability to understand complex concepts and processes quickly and be able to explain complex or technical processes to someone who has little knowledge of the subject.
