Job Title: German or Spanish + Portuguese speaking Telephone Sales Agent, 12 month contract. To start on the 23rd of June.

A leading international airline flying to 183 destinations in 98 countries, with UK offices in
North West London.

Your role:

You will be responsible for the effective handling of all incoming telephone calls from individual clients and travel agents, in line with service standards and to sell products to targets set by the market place.

Your Main Accountabilities:

· Answering all telephone calls to Service Standards,
· Using the computerised reservation system to make telephone sales for individual clients
· Promoting products in order to generate revenue
· Assisting clients with after-sales service eg. change of reservation
· Proposing additional services and information to clients to enhance customer service and loyalty.
· Providing service and assistance to the Travel Trade eg. Travel Agents.
· Assisting with in-house training of new staff when required.
· Assisting in specific projects as required by Management
· Promoting good working relationships with all employees and clients.

Your Skills:

· Fluency in English and German or Spanish + Portuguese.
· Computer literate - Windows
· Sales Skills - desirable but not essential
· Experience of dealing with clients either over the phone or face to face.
· Team spirit and positive outlook
· Good listening skills
· Ability to handle difficult customers and work in a high-pressurised environment
· Excellent customer service over the phone - finding solutions to help our clients
· Self-motivation
· The flexibility/ adaptability to work in an ever-changing environment

Monday - Friday + one Saturday, 8am-1pm each month

£18,973.02 incl. London Weighting
