Selling into the high end of the market, they pride themselves on their quality product and delivery the highest in customer service and sales.

The Role

This is a key position in a growing team. Working out of the showroom you will be responsible for your own clients, and account manage all aspects of the sales and administration process – everything from producing quotes, to placing orders, to tracking shipping, and following up invoices! It requires a huge amount of customer service skills, in addition to sales ability and administrative tasks. It is varied and challenging and for the right person can bring big rewards.

The Person

You will have excellent customer service skills, and be accustomed to working at the high end of the market – whatever market that may be. You will be working largely on the phone, and so you should be comfortable working with people you may never see, but happy to meet them when you do! Industry experience is not so important, but a willingness to learn, and language skills (either French or Spanish) are essential.
