Our client is a well established marketing company based in London and they are looking for dynamic, motivated individuals looking for career progression. It is office based environment and they are looking for anyone native in German, Russian, French and Hungarian with good level of English.
Main duties:
-Do outbound calling(60-70 calls per day)
-identify Decision Makers and opportunities
-spend at least 1.50 hours per day on the phone
-establishing a good CRM(Customer relationship Management) with clients over the phone
-Getting the amount of Leads/Company Profiles/Interviews required on a daily basis
-Gathering accurate information in order to obtain good quality data and create good reports
-Mantaining database constantly updated
Candidate profile:
-Good Telephone Manner
-Good level of English
-Good Intercomunication skills
-Coming from a Sales, Market Research, Customer Service background(experience within the UK will be an advantage)
-Able to do Outbound calling
-Able to handle gate keepers objections in order to identify Decision Makers
-Used to work on targets and on own initiative
-Good knowledge of IT or the relevant interest
-Used to all Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel, Outlook, preferable to an intermediate level
