HR Service Center Agents will be responsible for completing various tasks related to Global Staffing function, including posting positions, responding to inquiries and directing managers and candidates to appropriate web-based tools and documents, escalating actions for approval and information.
• Accepts and routes calls
• Gathers information and records data in desktop tools
• Works directly with managers, candidates and other HR staff
• Monitors transaction status and escalates transactions, as necessary
• Responding to client inquiries relative to the Staffing function
o Completion of eRecruit forms and documentation
o Follow up with candidates relative to interview scheduling and documentation
o Escalation of appropriate actions to other parties
o Follow up to ensure completion of task within specified performance parameters
• Generates daily and weekly incident reporting, as necessary
• Provides feedback regarding accuracy of knowledge articles and other customer service tools
• Translate/create documents, as necessary

Peoplesoft and eRecruit experience a plus

The Center assists with staffing queries for the whole of Europe, Middle East & Africa.

Fluency in spoken and written English.
Hungarian or Dutch language spoken at native level with one other European language.
