Job Description
Title: JAPANESE SPEAKING Business Travel Consultant
Location: West London
Salary: £18,000 - 20,000
Major Japanese tour operator are looking for a JAPANESE SPEAKING Business Travel Consultant.
Key Result Areas:
- Arrange and confirm flight reservations, to ensure effective customer service
- Liaise with support staff to co-ordinate provision of other services - ticket issue, hotels, car hire etc. to ensure effective operations
- Organise client visa requirements to ensure smooth travel arrangements
- Control allocated travel accounts, building and maintaining client contact to encourage on-going business
- Arrange timely despatch and delivery of travel documents to clients to ensure arrival within given deadlines
- Maintain detailed tour files to ensure that all documentation is kept in an orderly fashion
- Monitor accounts to ensure timely payment to maximise profitability
- Handle reservations, internal business travel and staff holiday arrangements to ensure smooth travel arrangements
Personnel Specification:
- Previous business house experience
- Full understanding of Sabre
- Computer literate
- Good telephone manner, and attention to customer service
- Japanese language desirable
