Job Description
EBSCO Information Services are seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated Administrator to positively contribute to a Contracts team taking responsibility for the UK and Ireland’s sales support needs.
The role
As a Contracts administrator you must be articulate, with an excellent command of the written English language, have an aptitude for IT and be able to demonstrate an ability to successfully manage a busy and demanding workload, meet deadlines and thrive under pressure. Ideally you will have a background in secretarial or personal assistant work where you have enjoyed taking responsibility for many tasks simultaneously, achieving targets and being relied upon for your efficiency.
You should be motivated and dedicated to task, with an eye for detail and have excellent written English and organisational skills. You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of working within an office environment in a previous administrative role.
The successful candidate will also be asked from time to time to participate in the company wide management development programmes, taskforces and initiatives related to their roles in the business.
