Our client, an international organisation, based in South West London is now recruiting for a Norwegian speaking Customer Service Analyst to join their busy team for 2 weeks from 30th June. This is a temporary role paying £7.50 per hour. Possibility of longer assignment for successful applicants.
Main responsibilities include:
- Making outbound calls to customers in Norway to tell them that they need to pick up their offer vouchers.
- Hours are Monday to Friday 11.30 to 19.00.
Candidate requirements
- Fluent in both Norwegian and English
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in a customer focused environment (customer service/call centre, retail, hospitality) would be advantageous
