PROJECT MANAGER WITH SECOND EUROPEAN LANGUAGE

Our client, a global sales organisation working with media organisations is looking to recruit a proactive, motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their dynamic team as a Project Manager.

The company runs client acquisition programmes using a proven formula to increase the local advertising revenue of their media partners.


THE JOB:
This is quite a specialist but varied role. As the Project Manager, you will be working closely with the Account Director, dealing chiefly with the logistics, organisation and implementation of the Programme. This will involve much travelling to and from the client - around 100+ days per year and being away for 2-2½ weeks at a time.

Duties will include:
- Training, supervising and supporting the client in the running of the Programme and using the company’s bespoke database package.
- Ensuring the database is properly utilised and maintained.
- Following Programme responsibility on a daily basis.
- Working closely with the Account Director to ensure all aspects of Programme implementation are carried out.
- Prepare and send training material to clients, including agendas and letters.
- Liaising with printers to ensure marketing material is printed on time, as well as preparing of material, laminating, binding etc.
- Prepare invoices related to Programmes.
- Producing audiovisual presentations relating to individual Programmes.

REQUIREMENTS:
- The successful candidate must speak English to mother tongue standard.
- Candidates will need to have excellent administrative, communication and multi-tasking skills.
- You will have worked under pressure and to deadlines.
- You will be motivated, pro-active, professional and keen to take on a new challenge.
- You must be happy to travel extensively
- Fluency in a European Language an Advantage
