Job Description
Swindon-based company have requirements for a number of Quality Control Specialists. Japanese language skills would be advantageous but are not essential.
Requirement
•Good English and Japanese literacy (written & verbal)
•Some background and understanding of logistic and manufacturing
•Good communication skills at all levels
•Excellent PC skills (Excel, Access & PowerPoint)
•Persistent nature
•Excellent organizational skills
•Ability to work in a challenging environment
•Ability to work as a Team Member or as an individual with minimal supervision
•Must have a flexible approach
Job role
•Order, delivery check, inventory control, communication with local suppliers, mother plant in Japan and suppliers in other countries
•Mass Production Procurement
•Collating information re: deliveries, event builds for new model, etc.
•Spreadsheets
•In charge of importing parts, ordering and ensuring of delivery
Requirement for overtime and Saturday working, as necessary
The salary is £22,000 (overtime is included in the salary)
The position is a day shift position.
