French Speaking Accounts Payable Analyst


Our client is a well establish company that is currently looking for French Speaking Accounts Payable Analyst.

Location: Coventry


The main responsibilities are:

• Parts supplied into a warehouses for French Speaking Suppliers

• Parts supplied into a warehouses for a number of Major Suppliers

• Preparation and input of invoices into Finance payables system

• Input of Rural product invoices

• Ensuring that all invoice matching errors are cleared on an urgent basis i.e. pricing/quantity discrepancies/quality issues

• Contact with Third Party Suppliers/Buyers & Expeditor

• Supplier account reconciliations

• Deputise for Payables Supervisor during absences

• Assist with the Training of New Staff Members & Desk Reviews

• Account Maintenance & Invoice Deletions

• Any other adhoc tasks which may from time to time be requested


Requirements

Applications should have a strong interested in pursuing a career in Finance and Accounts Payable.

Applicants need to have good PC skills and systems knowledge, be accurate, patient and persistent. Fluency in FRENCH is essential (preferably mother tongue). Knowledge of another foreign language would also be an advantage, but is not essential.

Salary: £16000- £17000
