Great opportunity to Live and Work in Scotland: Monday – Friday Only
Position is on assignment at the Prestigious Company of IBM based at Greenock.
Full IBM technical training given as well as Adecco personal development.
Language Requirement:German speakers with good English
Level One Technical Support - European Technical Support Centre
6 month Adecco Contract at IBM, Greenock
Salary: £15,000 -

1st level customer support, handling both software and hardware issues for internal/external IBM clients.
Telephone and email support
Problem solving
Provide customer solutions by FOP (fix on phone), CRU (customer replaceable unit) CE (customer engineer onsite)
Maintain and adhere to work instructions within organisational objectives.
Work within SLA’S (service level agreements) to meet targets and deadlines
Any Other tasks as requested by manager.
