Role: German Speaking Customer Service – Purley

A confident, enthusiastic, bilingual German and English speaking customer services executive with excellent communication skills, both on the telephone and face to face is required to join the German customer services team.

You will be the first point of contact dealing with high profile German and English clients advising on share plans. Dealing with sales administration, account management and customer services.

Profile:

·You are a fluent German and English speaker
·You have proven customer services skills in an office environment
·High levels of Initiative
·Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
