German speaking Recruitment Research Consultant

Our client is a well-established, highly successful, growing, specialist search and selection organisation within a global leader of recruitment, focused on mid-tier executive roles within the Pharmaceutical Industry.

Our globally represented client with offices worldwide requires additional German speakers to contribute to the company\'s success. Due to expansion need, the European team is now seeking additional German-speaking Research Consultants to cover the geographical area of Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Role: German speaking Recruitment Research Consultants

As a German speaking Recruitment Research Consultant, you will be nurtured to become a highly skilled and qualified research professional. You will develop your sales and communication skills, commercial acumen and business credibility as our client identifies your strength and fast track your career. Your achievements will be reflected in the attractive remuneration package.
You will receive one-to-one and group training on the following tasks, i.e.:
·Developing local market knowledge in European territories and pharmaceutical industry knowledge to an expert level using your language skills
·Researching new territories using our in-house research methods.
·Identifying and targeting leads by telephone and email to qualify them and initiate potential business relationships.
·Screening and qualifying candidates against suitable opportunities.
·Consulting with our Consultants over recruitment project delivery; timescales, job descriptions and interviews.
·Providing continual support to Consultants and candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure high conversion ratios.
·Developing communication and commercial skills to present the company, and manage complex pan-European delivery.

Profile:
Our client is looking to recruit confident, self-motivated, determined and ambitious individuals. You must speak fluent German to mother tongue standard and have cultural awareness of the German, Austrian or Swiss market. You should be well educated, preferably to degree standard or professional equivalent, have strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a variety of customers. Your ambition to succeed in a pressurised and competitive yet extremely high integrity based environment must be clearly evident.
