This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Resort Contractors to join this leading award winning Online Travel Tour Operator. If you have experience and knowledge in certain countries around the Mediterranean and North Africa and are looking for the next challenge then this role could be for you. This is a large growing company who are expanding because of their own success. They are offering an excellent basic salary of up to £40k, with a discretionary bonus of up to 20% and other benefits too.

As a Resort Contractor your duties will include:

-Negotiating and contracting accommodation for summer and winter seasons across your geographical area of responsibility
-Delivering product at competitive prices ensuring to continuously maximise availability
-Developing, maintaining and strengthening supplier relationships
-Identifying and exploring new opportunities within your area of responsibility
-Taking end to end responsibility including planning, contracting, sales analysis, re-negotiation where necessary, product development and competitor analysis
-Monitoring and actively improving our product offering quality through supplier liaison and accommodation contracts
-Taking full P&L ownership of your area of responsibility and ensuring it is operationally profitable
-Continuously liaising and communicating with the operational team to ensure your products are loaded accurately and are on sale
-Developing strong internal relationships and managing your own time to ensure your targets are achieved

To be a successful Resort Contractor you will ideally have:

-Contracting and negotiation experience with tour operators and/or experience of resort accommodation contracting
-Strong commercial acumen along and you must be accurate and thorough
-Good communication skills and experience of working with Microsoft office
-Motivation, enthusiasm and adaptability with a positive outlook and ideally a second language.
