Spanish and French Speaking Customer Service Representative


Our client is a global leader who is currently looking for Spanish and French speaking Customer Service Representative based in Worcester.


Role information

• Provide timely and efficient solutions for all customers by offering a service that is perceived by customers as world class.

• Respond and process requests from customers, distributors and account managers.

• Process customer orders, quotations, requests for samples and literature into the business system

• Understand customers' terms and conditions and ensure that contracts are properly accepted

• Expedite customer orders as required. Coordinate with logistics teams and internal suppliers to ensure on-time shipments

• Develop relationships with existing customers by promoting products and services

• Understand customer industry and competitive environment. Provide forecast information as needed

• Calls prospects and customers proactively to increase and develop business opportunities

• Provide support to the Global Sales Force, Marketing and Business Management Teams: support strategic Marketing and Sales projects including phone follow-up. Help to coordinate external and internal activities.



Requirements

Customer Service experience, preferably in multi-national organisation
Degree Level Education or equivalent preferred
Fluency in English plus Spanish and French or German
High energy level and self –starter
Ability to thrive in a fast pace work environment and handle multiple tasks
Goal oriented, ambitious, extremely motivated
Reliable, with a resilient nature
Excellent listening skills
Enthusiastic, confident and mature
Team-oriented, people oriented, relationship builder


Salary: 18.000 per annum + performance bonus 10%
