Job Description
PC Helpdesk Desktop Support - Harrow
MUST BE German English fluent.
The ideal helpdesk analyst will have some experience of working in a PC support environment, or some recognisable level of PC competence. The successful helpdesk analyst will also have proven problem-solving skills, be self-motivated and able to work as part of a team. They should have excellent language and communication skills and be willing to work within clearly defined corporate standards. General IT experience is highly desirable (rather than just PC skills), including server and telecommunications awareness.
Experience of the following PC software would be advantageous, but not essential: Windows XP/2000; MS office 2000; Microsoft Access; Microsoft Project; Lotus Notes v5/6;
PC hardware and software configuration; PC remote control using DameWare; problem management using Vantive; and others as required.
