Multilingual Sales Executive

Our client requires a dynamic sales professional with strong commercial experience. The successful candidate will have the ability to build strong relationships over the telephone and sell products for which training will be provided. The ability to speak German, Italian, French, Spanish, Dutch or other European languages.

Location: North London


The individual must be prepared to be flexible and work with targets. It will also require strong organizational skills. At least 18 months experience in a sales environment is key (preferably within the FMCG ‘Fast Moving Consumer Goods market’). Experience of dealing with customers over the phone is essential to performing successfully in this opportunity.
Good knowledge of excel, word are also essential.

The right candidate will be required to use a data base to keep records, logs and reminders of calls to make.

SKILLS

• Cold calling, warm calling
• To develop and make active the current database
• Account management
• Negotiate over pricing
• To trade some products (pre sell)
• Work with price list to build consignments
• Report directly to Director
• Be flexible to use old system whilst we implement new system
• NETWORKING
• Strong relationship building skills
• High volume telephone work
• Office based for first year – subject to development
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
• Reporting to the commercial director
• After a six month probation period and when targets are established there will be an incentive scheme introduced

Salary: £18000- £20000 plus commission

Holiday 20 days per year (in first 5 years you can earn an extra day per year). Hence max 25 days
