Job Description
International company based in Teeside currently seeking a Trilingual Customer Service Administrator to join their professional team. Applicants must speak Fluent French AND English AND either Spanish or German. The successful applicant will receive an excellent benefits package including salary of between £22,300 - £27,900, contributory pension scheme, private health care and 25 days holiday per annum.
Providing a highly efficient service, the role will involve:
- Completing the order process from receipt of customer order through to dispatch
- Invoicing using SAP
- Responding to customer queries
- Monitoring customer accounts and resolving any problems
- Controlling the settlement process for rebates and commissions.
Applicant must be fluent in French, English and either German or Spanish. This is a challenging role that draws heavily on your ability to communicate effectively with internal and external parties, so strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Previous customer service experience, coupled with the ability to work well within a team environment would be preferred. Due to the location of this role, possessing own transport would be advantageous.
