A large multinational company in South-West London currently requires a Norwegian speaking Customer Services Representative for its customer contact centre.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer contacts - inbound/outbound calls/fax/electronic - to include sales order processing, enquiries, complaints and information management
- Maintenance of personal targets as agreed with Team Leader to include call volume, availability, timekeeping, attendance and call quality
- Support of internal customers i.e. Business Consultants and local management - effective processing of information and requirements
- Ensuring that commercial policies pertaining to the Supply Chain are effectively deployed e.g. returns and diagnostic policies
- Maintaining comprehensive product, system, commercial knowledge and soft skills to effectively manage the customer relationship
- Undertaking of internal and added value initiatives as required
- Contribution to the achievement of the departmental promises

You will have:
- Fluency in Norwegian to mother-tongue standard
- Complete fluency in English
- Minimum of 6 months Customer Service/Call Centre, Market Research, Receptionist or Sales Support experience.
- High degree of customer focus
- Proactive approach to problem solving
- Sound administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills

This is a temp to perm role. Start date ASAP.
Pay rate £9/hour + holiday pay. £18,000 p.a. once permanent.
