Within the role of Contractor you will:

- Contract new and existing hotels, ground handling and excursion suppliers at competitive rates to fulfil product requirements.
- Monitor and actively improve current product quality through supplier liaison in order to ensure standards are maintained and improved
- Identify and be responsible for contracting new product opportunities
- Train the Sales Team on new products
- Produce initial brochure copy and liaise with the Marketing Department with regards to the website, photos and proofs, to ensure that the brochure is produced to the required timescales and standards

Ideal candidates that will succeed in the role of Contractor will have:

- Experience of working for a tour operator in a similar role having identified and contracted new products
- Fluency in one or more European languages specifically French, German, Spanish or Italian
- Strong negotiation and commercial acumen
