Multilingual Helpdesk Analyst.
My client is leading consultancy that is currently looking for Multilingual Helpdesk Analyst.
Location: High Wycombe
Role information
A dedicated helpdesk created to support the U.S & EMEA End Users who are using the Microsoft Vista Operating System and/or Microsoft Office 2007 with 'How to' issues.
Requirements
2-3 years technical experience
Minimum knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2000, Office 2000/03, Outlook, Remote Tools, Hardware (Printers, Routers & PD's).
1 1/5 years call centre experience
Excellent customer service skills
Multi-lingual ability ideally in Dutch/ English, French/English or German/English
Ideally candidates would have a working knowledge of Office 2007 but full training will be provided on Vista & Office 2007
Salary and additional information
Salary for this position is £10 per hour
This Temporary contract has an initial duration of 3-18 months
Candidates with notice periods over two weeks will not be considered
