Based in a rural location between Beaconsfield and Amersham, Buckinghamshire.
You will be working for a global company in a medical environment. You will be working in a team of 4 tracking orders from start to finish, liaising with customers and dealing with problems - this is a high volume email role but there is plenty of telephone liaison as well.
To do this you will have to be fluent in German and English written and spoken, have some office based customer service experience, be confident on the telephone, a good team player and be IT literate - knowledge of SAP a plus!!
Own transport due to the rural location of the offices an advantage though it can be reached by train and local bus.
