We are currently seeking a European Customer Service Administrator, fluent in both French and German, on behalf of our client withn the financial services sector, in Swindon.
This full time, permanent position is within a call centre environment. You will be providing in and outbound telephone support to native level speakers, providing excellent customer service, general product information as well as query investigation and resolution.
You must have excellent communication skills both witten and spoken, proven customer service experience, with fluent French and German. Some knowledge of Dutch is also advantageous, although not essential.
Full training will be given.
Starting salary circa £16k depending upon skills and experience.
