Unix Systems Administrator Solaris, Apache, Tomcat, Linux, Hamburg
Salary - €30,000 +

My client is currently recruiting for a Unix Systems Administrator to be based in Hamburg, Germany.

Duties will include:

- Work closely with the IT Support team
- Develop maintainable systems suitable for business requirements
- Build packages, test and deploy to the infrastructure
- Ensure developments are thoroughly tested before release into live
- Deploy new releases into Production at times convenient to users
- Script more routine elements of system administration
- Document before the deployment of new systems
- Identify weaknesses in systems and work to remove them
- Troubleshoot systems problems and resolve
- Keep abreast of developments in Internet technologies
