The Role Requires:

• Excellent written and spoken ENGLISH and FRENCH
• Good organisational and communication skills
• Computer literacy
• Excellent customer service skills


Responsibilities Include:

• Providing general product information
• Dealing with day to day enquiries
• Processing mail orders
• Related administrative work


Hours of work are 5pm – 9pm, Monday to Friday and 8am – 5pm, Saturday (28 ½ hours per week)
