A Senior Technical Sales role with a successful manufacturing company.
Our client is an active and successful member of a group of manufacturing and exporting companies.
This role is a technical one and candidates should have technical minds, ideally with a degree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering or at least an HNC/HND qualification.
The role is very hands-on, as well as covering your own sales area (with frequent travel) you will also have to manage a small sales team.
Preferably you will have experience of working in the USA with experience of specification selling, and be used to talking technically to engineers and consultants about engineering solutions. Someone from the oil and gas, plant engineering, civil engineering or power generation industry would be most suitable. Language skills are not essential - but fluent Spanish would be useful.
The role is office based in West Yorkshire when not travelling.

Essential Requirements *
· You must have export sales experience in a Technical product area.
· You must have Mechanical or Structural Engineering qualifications.
· You must be based in West Yorkshire or prepared to be based there.
