Job Summary:
In this role within German Player Support Team you will be providing support to players online in every step of their journey, so you could be dealing with anything from billing queries to how to fight dragons.
Skills:
-Extremely profficient German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Excellent computer literacy with good keyboard skills
- Ability to show good initiative, judgement and excellent attention to detail.
- Availability to work a mixture of daytime, evening and some weekends shifts.
- Customer Support background
- An interest in online role playing games
