A privately-held company our client are a leading IT software organisation that helps customers enhance their business performance through the use of leading-edge software technologies, services and solutions. Today, with over 225 employees worldwide, our client supports 7,000 customers in more than 67 countries and over 300 Business Partners worldwide.


Part of a dynamic and creative team as Graduate Trainee Internal Sales Executive you will play a pivotal role in the sales execution model. Often the first point of contact for prospective customers, you will handle the majority of in-bound and out-bound telephone calls. This position is the best vantage point from which to quickly learn about the company, its products and the business software market. Our modus operandi is to promote from this position into a field sales role, typically after a 1-2 year period. Within our client\'s group worldwide there are field sales executives earning more than £100,000 per year.

For this graduate sales opportunity we are looking for graduates that are educated to at least degree level with a passion for the IT industry:

*Fluent in English and German is mandatory – to also speak Dutch would be an added bonus
*Enthusiasm and a friendly manner that will transmit down the telephone;
*Good organiser and self-starter who is able to work with minimal supervision;
*Active listener who can crystallise a customer\'s need and then brief others;
*Have the determination to perceive in the face of adversity and constant rejection;
*Comfortable with general Office automation and Web-based systems;
*A team player who will spark-off others for motivation and support;
*Have the professionalism and personal gravitas to be considered for a field sales role
