Job Description
My client is the global leader for software solutions in their sector.
In order to continue their growth, they are seeking several Internal Account Managers to further expand their presence in their designated geographical account markets.

ROLE:
60% - Selling
• Responsible for the direct sale of products and services to a list of named of accounts within a defined territory (geographic)
• Responsible for the direct sale of training services to customer organizations within a defined territory (geographic)
• Sell the clients solutions by properly qualifying prospects through the use of professional questioning and investigative techniques
• Contact customers by phone throughout the complete sales cycle from initial contact to after-sales service
• Make proactive sales calls and receive customer inquiries, by phone, in a professional manner.
• Use professional telephone, presentation and selling techniques throughout the sales cycle in order to accurately determine needs, demonstrate results and obtain orders.
• Follow and execute all company and department policies for the correct contact methodologies and frequencies for all customers.
30% - Support Renewals
• Responsible for the follow up and development of the existing client base, where support and maintenance has to be renewed on an annual basis
10% - Administration
• Accurately record all customer details and customer-communications in CRM
• Take and deal with enquiries made into the EMEA Sales Head Office.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Managing/exceeding sales quotas each quarter
• Liaise with EMEA Training team to ensure proactive customer engagement
• Maintain accurate listing of support renewals by quarter
• Create accurate quotes for customers
• Negotiate directly with customers
• Ensure accurate customer data is maintained in CRM
Your Profile:
• Sales background or general understanding of sales, contracts, telesales
• Experience selling software solutions advantagous
• Strong sales focus, target driven
• Project management or account management experience
• Strong customer service awareness
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
• Positive and energetic approach
• Enjoys and excels at team working
Required Languages:
You must be able to speak ONE or more of these Scandinavian languages fluently; German, Danish, Estonian, Finnish, Norwegian, Icelandic or Swedish. English as second language.
