Multilingual IT Helpdesk Analyst – French, Italian, Spanish and English
We have an opportunity for a Multilingual IT Helpdesk Analyst to join a leading company based in the North West.
The duties and responsibilities of the Multilingual IT Helpdesk Analyst will include:
- 1st Line support. First point of contact for al IT related issues.
- Recording all issues and call details in the online call logging system.
- Troubleshooting, prioritization, resolution and assignment of problems.
- Progress chasing, maintaining incident records and reports.
The Multilingual IT Helpdesk Analyst must be fluent (verbal and written) in French, Italian, Spanish and English. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills with particular emphasis on the use of the telephone.
The successful Multilingual IT Helpdesk candidate must have the following competencies:
- Fluent in French, Spanish, Italian and English (both verbal and written)
- Capable of remaining calm and polite in pressurised situations
- Able to deliver a professional service whilst dealing with all levels of staff and management.
- Comfortable working under demanding circumstances in a busy environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems such as Windows XP, 2000 and MS Office Suite to a support level would be an advantage.
- Good Keyboard skills as recording call details in online system is required.
Training will be given in order to enable Multilingual IT Helpdesk Analyst to resolve up to 40% of al incidents taken.
