GERMAN/DUTCH - HELDESK ANALYST/FIRST LINE SUPPORT - HERTFORDSHIRE
HELPDESK ANALYST/FIRST LINE SUPPORT person is required. Are you enthusiastic about Customer Service? Do you enjoy Problem solving? Do you have an IT background? and Can you speak a second language fluently?....If you can answer yes to these questions then I have a job for you!!
My client needs a professional, friendly, customer focussed, IT literate HELPDESK Analyst. To be the first point of contact for IT queries on a bespoke system:
You will:
* Speak either German/Dutch/Italian/Spanish fluently
* Have worked within a Call centre type environment OR on an IT Helpdesk
* Have Good Customer relationship skills
* Have Excellent Problem solving ability
* Need A good knowledge of IT
* Need the ability to learn very quickly
