German Speaking Supply Chain Analyst

Role
We are looking for a German speaking Vendor Operations Analyst to join our Operations team on a temporary basis to analyse vendor performance in terms of operational compliance and fulfilment performance and to work with our vendors to ensure they meet our business targets.

Tasks/Responsibilities:

Analysing vendor performance data and producing regular management reports
Setting performance targets by vendor to improve operational efficiency
Scheduling regular operational reviews with top vendors to ensure performance targets are met
Maintaining and developing the vendor operations manual
Developing the service level agreement with selected vendors
Liaising with European Supply Chain Operations team to develop best practice vendor processes eg: lead times
Managing ad hoc project work as required

Profile
Fluency in English and German
Good understanding of the retail buying processes
Experience of managing inbound freight,
Excellent communication skills at all levels with the ability to present information in a professional and mature manner
Strong analytical skills
Good attention to detail and methodical approach to work
Ability to manage multiple priorities and to solve problems
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Access
