German Resourcer

Work closely with the German Account Manager/Consultants to gain a clear understanding of company profiles and job specifications in order to sell these opportunities to candidates.
Develop excellent database searching skills for both in-house and on-line systems
Manage your job advertisements
Build excellent interviewing skills and techniques and be proficient and conscientious in writing interview notes to provide all relevant facts and information to the client
Manage your candidate submissions, interview requests and all relevant feedback
Be diligent in your ability to up date records and keep track of available skills and individuals
Be responsible for generating quality CV’s for delivery to specific requirements, organising interviews.

Knowledge/Skills:

Proficient in MS Office suite, Outlook / Email, and knowledge of database systems.
Ability to run and manage your own desk and a desire to take responsibility.
Desire and ability to understand the marketplace.

Specific Skills/Competencies required:

German language fluency essential.
Communication – Ability to communicate information both verbally and written.
Team Working – Build trust and collaborative relationship with the team. Pro-actively participate in team decisions and provide support and assistance.
Planning & Organising - Ability to manage and co-ordinate your own activity and understand the need for urgency , working extra hours when timescales are critical
